DIGITAL BLOOMS JANUARY 2017 | FREE DESKTOP WALLPAPERS

Start fresh and welcome 2017 with a brand new digital wallpaper for your devices! This January, our DIGITAL BLOOMS are set to a crisp, clean palette of whites and greens to greet the new year with a sense of freshness, balance and tranquility. If you’ve been following along this winter, you’ll have heard me mention Pantone’s Colour of the Year for 2017, Greenery, which is described by Pantone as a refreshing and revitalizing shade, symbolic of new beginnings. Rebecca Dawn Design and I just had to incorporate this beautiful shade into January’s Digital Blooms to set the tone for a fresh new year, full of endless possibilities!

Our ethereal lineup of flowers and foliage includes a mosaic of Hydrangeas, Ranunculus, Parvifolia Eucalyptus, Roses, Spray roses, Nerine and Cala Lilies for a muted palette brimming with soft, delicate textures. Download January’s 3 flower based desktop wallpapers and enjoy the beauty of these beautiful white blossoms on the background of your computer, tablet or phone all month long — absolutely free!

Your backgrounds are absolutely stunning! I downloaded 3 and I have them timed so they keep changing. I find myself just staring at my computer background, getting lost in the photos… lol
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful backgrounds.

Diana, that’s awesome — I’m glad to know you’re putting them to good use! A little eye candy never hurts, in my opinion. And you’re very welcome! Hope 2017 is off to a great start for you. 🙂

Right?! Spring is right around the corner… haha. 😉 I can certainly use those positive thoughts as we transition into a cold snap here in Calgary. Hope you’re keeping warm and cozy where you are and thanks so much for stopping by!

Ooh, I can’t decide between one and three, love them! White flowers are my favourite, and this is just perfect for wintery January. Thanks Justine!

Those are my favourites this month, too. I currently have 3 on my desktop and iPhone but will likely switch them throughout the month. We hope you enjoy them, Alexandra!

One of my favourite sets yet! White flowers are so perfect at this time of year, but it’s so easy for them to become a little on the old-school/wedding-y side. You’ve sidestepped that perfectly though I must say. The ranunculus might be my favourite (as I believe I’ve established, I always like ranunculus), but each one of these is truly a gem. Fantastic work, and I can’t wait to see what else you and Rebecca Dawn do with 2017’s greenery theme!

Thanks Sean! White and green seemed like a natural choice to represent the newness of January. 🙂 I love the simplicity and elegance of white flowers — I think what keeps it interesting is all the different textures Rebecca selected for us this month. I love the juxtaposition of frilly with velvety complimented by the crispness of the greenery. And yep — lots more ‘Greenery’ coming your way this year. 😉 Have a great weekend!
