RASPBERRY RHUBARB ROSÉ SPRITZ

In the wake of Summer Solstice, I’m so excited to share the first clean COCKTAIL of the season here at JustineCelina! Those of you who follow along with my Instagram Stories will know this one has been in testing since early April, when the first rhubarb of year starting popping up in my local farmer’s markets. This year I hosted the special ladies in my life for Mother’s Day brunch and created this signature cocktail inspired by them to celebrate the occasion! I’m happy to report my Raspberry Rhubarb Rosé Spritz received rave reviews after 15 rounds of testing and perfecting — my Mom even exclaimed “Now that’s a keeper!” upon first sip!

My Raspberry Rhubarb Rosé Spritz typifies the season in a jubilant celebration of all things feminine, fruity and nostalgic. Rhubarb and raspberries have always reminded me of my Grandmother’s garden and berry picking at the family farm — so I channeled some of my fondest childhood memories into this cheerful libation! A summer-inspired trio of rhubarb, raspberries and honey combine in a scratch-made Honeyed Raspberry Rhubarb Syrup to infuse this effervescent cocktail with seasonal panache, beautifully complimented by sparkling rosé, local craft vodka, soda water, fresh lime juice and a dash of bitters. PANTONE 2019 COLOUR OF THE YEAR INSPIRATION | LIVING CORAL

Happy love day, friends! This year, I’m putting a PANTONE 2019 Colour of the Year spin on Valentine’s celebrations with a warm, pink-hued introduction to all things Living Coral! By now, you’ve likely heard about 2019’s hottest hue — either here at JustineCelina, or elsewhere online. As a creative professional, I’ve followed PANTONE (the global colour authority for creative industries) for inspiration my entire career. In fact, I even have a section dedicated to them here on the blog to categorize all my PANTONE inspired work throughout the years! As someone who’s very inspired by colour, I love to stay informed about the latest colour trends and allow them to inspire, challenge and push my creative work.

As you can probably imagine, I’m particularly passionate about PANTONE’s selection for 2019! If you’re craving a serious dose of colour to help see you through these final wintery months as we (slowly but surely!) transition into spring, today’s post is an ode to Pantone’s 2019 Colour of the Year. Flower lovers, welcome back for the first post of 2018! Rebecca Dawn Design and I are kicking 2019 off with a fresh installment of DIGITAL BLOOMS celebrating the softer side of winter with a dreamy, neutral palette of blush, cream and sage juxtaposed with dramatic berry. It’s the most wonderful time of the year — and this December, Rebecca Dawn Design and I are here for all your festive, floral Free Tech Wallpapers needs with a very merry edition of DIGITAL BLOOMS! Each holiday season, we look forward to coming up with fresh festive inspiration, taking cues from current colour trends and the wintery seasonal blooms available to us. In year past we’ve gone moody and luxe and cool and crisp — but believe it or not, we’ve never actually gone classic and worked with red hues. So this year, we went semi-traditional with a palette of vibrant red, snowy white, sage green and deep berry, inspired by the familiar holiday hues present in Pantone’s Fall / Winter 2018 Colour Trend Report. DIGITAL BLOOMS NOVEMBER 2018 | FREE DESKTOP WALLPAPERS

Alright beautiful people, we’re back action! First things first, if you’ve been wondering why November’s DIGITAL BLOOMS are so delayed, please give my last post a read. To summarize: as a result of the massive tech nightmare I experienced over the past month, I lost about 4 months worth of edited imagery (my entire Lightroom catalogue from July 16th onward) — but I did have all my raw files backed up on an external hard drive. Thankfully, that meant our AW18 DIGITAL BLOOMS were safe and sound! While I still have a substantial amount of work to do to get back up and running at full capacity, I wanted to get November’s Free Tech Wallpapers out for you as soon as possible. Onwards and upwards!

This month, Rebecca Dawn Design and I have explored autumn’s moodier side by combining the rich jewel tones of foraged seasonal berries and classic fall Mums with a earthy melange of fall foliage, peppered with ethereal Thrytptomene flowers. Pantone’s Fall / Winter 2018 Colour Trend Report is still inspiring our floral and sartorial choices this season — but November has us lusting after Red Pear, Ceylon Yellow, Martini Olive, Russet Orange, Sargasso Sea, Almond Buff and Meerkat. Who’s ready to deck their tech out for fall?! This month, Rebecca Dawn Design and I have incorporated a seasonal medley of autumn’s breathtaking tones and textures with an inspired assortment of fall foliage, produce and flowers in our October Free Tech Wallpapers! Never before in our 2 and a half years of creating monthly DIGITAL BLOOMS have we been able to catch the changing leaves at the peak of their beauty — we foraged Rebecca’s backyard for a fresh selection of seasonal goodness just before we shot our AW18 flower content and it was so much fun working with what nature provided for us.
