Ingredients
1ozfreshly squeezed blood orange juice(1 blood orange yields approximately 1 oz of juice)
0.5ozGalliano Vanilla Liqueur
3ozof your favourite dry Cava or Prosecco (I used Cava Anna de Codorníu Brut)
Instructions
Halve a blood orange and juice the flesh. Add 1 oz of fresh blood orange juice to the bottom of a champagne flute.
Add 0.5 oz Galliano Vanilla Liqueur to champagne flute.
Top things off with 3 oz of chilled Cava or Prosecco.
